I’m a web developer (and sometimes devOp) located in Amsterdam, but originally from Brazil.

I started using Linux a long time ago, when you had to use minicom to connect to the Internet, graphics would not show up without startx, and services would not get installed without some configure and make crazyness. Good times! 😀

Apart from coding, I love writing and speaking at conferences – basically, I love to share the things I learn. A long-time open source believer, I had created and shared some PHP projects on GitHub. Have a look at my GitHub profile to find out more – although I gotta say I’m not as active as I would like to be, since I spend most of my time nowadays taking care of a beautiful baby girl. Oh yeah, that’s right: I’m also a (new, often overwhelmed but overall happy and proud) mom, and I share some of my mama stories in another space: codingmama.

I’m also a conference speaker. You can find my talks on the Talks section of this blog 😉

I published a technical book about Vagrant, called “Vagrant Cookbook”, currently at its second edition. You can find it on Amazon (printed, first edition) and also on LeanPub (e-book, updated second edition) .
